We will supply you with a Departmental Order 556-73 Information Pack containing:

  • 1-782 Introductory Letter from the FBI
  • 1-783 Applicant Information Form
  • 1-785 Checklist
  • 1-786 Credit Card Payment Form
  • Copy of Order 556-73 – Rules and Regulations

You should then forward the fingerprints to the FBI via a trackable courier service.
